Starting hourly pay range is $18 – $21 per hour depending on your experience level.
Full-time scheduling and ample overtime available.
Night shift differential pay is $1.50/hr.

Scope of Work:
This role incorporates many work functions within the anodize line primarily being responsible for moving the loaded rack, “loads” through the anodizing line. This includes the operation of Hoists #1- 3 and the Color Tank Hoist. You will run the loads through the anodizing sequence, the color sequence if needed, check the color of the load from the viewpoint of the catwalk to ensure proper color, and send loads out to the unload stations via the shuttle. You will be responsible to keeping the workspace tidy, reporting any mechanical or safety issues to the supervisor and assist with tank maintenance and other Anodize Department projects.
To be successful in this position you should have a basic knowledge of machinery, good eye for color discrepancies, organization skills, be able to minimize downtime through proper load timing in and out of the system. As a Hoist Operator in the Anodize Department you will required to use PPE which must be worn at all times (to include hearing protection, safety glasses, and safety shoes).
