Starting hourly pay range is $18 – $22 per hour depending on your experience level.
Full-time scheduling and ample overtime available.
Night shift differential pay is $1.50/hr.

Scope of Work:
The Lead Loader is responsible for the correct square footage of metal per load as well as the incoming quality of the metal. Before hanging, the metal is inspected for surface defects and the scrap is recorded. You will also be responsible for the Rackers and their safety during loading activities.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Hold weekly tool box meetings with crew
- Ensure that the correct rack is being used
- Ensure that the racks are being ground in the correct area
- Verify that the die and piece count is correct on the ticket
- Post production in EPICS
- If metal is not available in department, make sure the Supervisor knows
- Ensure that all racked metal is free of surface defects
- Help other areas of department when needed
To be successful in this position you should have a basic knowledge of machinery, good eye for color discrepancies, be able to check if loads are contacting the racks correctly. As the Lead Loader in the Anodize Department you will required to use PPE which must be worn at all times (to include hearing protection, safety glasses, and safety shoes).
